Provide a full range of merchandising duties. Maintain and develop supplier relationships and handle price negotiations. Source new products and establish new business relationships. Represent Migros to suppliers and all relevant stakeholders in Southeast Asia.
Sustainability & Quality Assurance
Implementing and upholding sustainability activities, especially BSCI standard in China and other Asian countries. Involvement in industry CSR and sustainability work groups. Protecting and upholding Migros social standards in the value chain without compromise.
Quality Control
Controlling and responsible for product quality from product development, sampling, production until final shipment. Provide technical advice on quality assurance and control in order to protect and uphold Migros quality as well as Migros standards in the whole value chain without compromise.
HR, Finance, IT and Admin
Organizing staffing and compensation & benefit activities for attracting and retaining talents. Coordinating general office operations in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
Photo Studio and Design
The photo studio Hong Kong provides images in the highest quality for Migros’ online shop. It allows customers to clearly see the product features and therefore contributes to increased online sales numbers of the Migros group.
Logistics
Connecting global trade with local retail: Our logistics experts ensure a smooth supply process, juggle shipments and make sure the products arrive in Switzerland safely and on time
